How do I use my gift card?

On our website - First, locate your Gift Card Code and the PIN on the back or inside of the gift card you received. (If you have a plastic gift card, you may need to scratch off the protective coating on the back of the card to reveal the PIN.)
When placing an order, enter the Gift Card Code and the PIN as a payment option during Checkout and click "Apply Gift Card"
In our stores - Present your gift card as payment when making a purchase in any of our stores.

You must pay for any remaining balance on your purchase with another payment method.

I'm having trouble using my gift card to place an order. What should I do?

To confirm that you can use your gift card for purchases online, check your current gift card balance. If this doesn't help, see our other troubleshooting tips.

Can I purchase gift cards in bulk for my business?

Yes. To place a bulk order of gift cards, our Shopping Service Representatives are available to take your order from Monday - Saturday, 9am - 9pm (EST) and Sunday, 10am - 6pm (EST). Call 1-800-233-7626 today.

What are the restrictions for using a gift card?

Gift Cards are not currently redeemable online for selected gallery furniture and mattress purchases that require scheduling delivery appointments. See individual product page for more information. Up to 4 gift cards may be applied to a single online order. Certain older gift cards may only be redeemed in our stores. Certain older gift cards may only be redeemed in our stores. What happens to the rest of my gift card balance if I don't use it all at once?

The remaining balance will remain on your gift card for future use online or in our stores.
